Air Force Veteran Still Serving The Community
Judge Perry is a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served more than eight years before pursuing her legal career.

After her military service, Mary earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2001. Before her election to the District Court, she worked in private practice with a focus on domestic and family law, and also gained experience as a law clerk and truancy judge.

In her judicial role, Judge Perry oversees family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and related domestic cases. She has emphasized her belief in the importance of children maintaining meaningful relationships with both parents, and brings her breadth of life and professional experience to her work on the bench.

“Serving the Clark County community has been the honor of a lifetime. I look forward to continuing that service for another six years, and I respectfully ask for your vote for re-election to District Court, Family Division, Department P.”
